If the fruit arrives damaged, send us a picture within 24 hours of recieving the box and we will assess giving a partial or total refund. The cost of shipping will (in most cases) not be refunded, and is $25 on the large box.
All fruit is shipped in a priority flat rate box, which in included in the price of the fruit box. We sadly can not ship fruit to California or Hawaii, and do not currently ship outside the United States.
